Payment is accepted by bank and credit card (Mastercard and Visa). Payment is accepted in Euros only
If, after booking for the Conference you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate a colleague to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please advise substitutions in writing so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference and are not able to nominate a colleague to attend, will have their fees refunded per the following conditions: A refund of all fees paid, less a deduction of EURO 50 administration fee, will be processed for all cancellations notified before May 1st, 2016. Cancellations received on or after May 1st, 2016 are non-refundable. All cancellation must be in writing, The effective date is the date of dispatch.
